Ex Assistant Principal Of Prestigious High School accused of sexually abusing teenage girls

  A woman who claims she was sexually abused by an ex Stuyvesant High School Assistant Principal when she was 16 has sued her perpetrator. Nicole Erlichman, now 52, claims that Richard Plass, assistant principal and chairman of the Biology Department, started sexually abusing her at least 3 times a week for two years when she was just a junior at he Tribeca high school. State of Washington sued for negligence in foster care system sex abuse case

The State of Washington settled a negligent lawsuit that was filed last year  in Benton County. The lawsuit alleged that  in 1995, the State of Washington negligently placed a 3.5 year old girl in the foster home of Abel and Diana Ortega. Pleasantville Cottage School named in lawsuit alleging reports of child sex abuse ignored

  David Burgos was just 13 when he claims he was abused back in the 1980’s in a foster care home. Back then, he was sent to group home for troubled kids, called Pleasantville Cottage School, which was located  in Westchester County. Burgos says that as soon a he arrived a the school, an assistant teacher made him stay after class to clean the blackboards. John C. Sapp Jr., Church Youth Leader, indicted on multiple counts of child sex abuse

    John C. Sapp Jr., the 34-year-old lead pastor at  Maranatha Fellowship church,  has been indicted on 89 charges after he allegedly had sexual relationships with two teenage girls who were members of a church youth group. Sapp Jr. had  been leading the youth group for the past three years. most of the sexual encounters took place in the church and church youth group outings.  According to court documents, Sapp was at his house with his wife when he confessed to “inappropriately touching” a girl. Lawsuit against Rev. Darvin Salazar and Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph accusing Priest cover up of sex abuse of minors

    A civil suit was filed this week alleging that The Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph covered up sex abuse of minors involving two priests. The suit claims that the diocese knew of the abuse and still allowed the priests access to sexually abuse vulnerable children. “No one can wish this continuing crisis away,” said David Clohessy, former executive director of the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests,  “It takes courageous action to expose and remove sick clerics. Gary Carr, Former Springfield Priest accused of sexually abusing boys 30 years ago.

    This week, the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau, announced three new child sex abuse allegations against Gary Carr, a former Springfield priest. Now 66,  Gary Carr has already been credibly accused of sexually abusing a boy between the ages of 10 and 13 in Missouri nearly 30 years ago. Pastor of Charlotte’s St. Matthew Catholic Church on administrative leave due to child sex abuse allegations

Former Deacon George Brignac died prior to trial of alleged sex abuse of young boy in 1970’s

    Former Deacon George Brignac was awaiting trial on a rape charge when he died last week, halting a trial. Diocese of Greensburg named in lawsuit where Priest accused of sexually abusing young boys in the 90’s

      A man is suing the Diocese of Greensburg and Bishop Edward Malesic for alleged sexual abuse when he was a child. The man, now age 40, claims in the lawsuit that the Rev. Joseph L. Sredzinski began abusing him in 1991 when he was 11 years old and continued until he was 17. Woman suing school under the Child Victims Act decades after alleged sex abuse
