NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — A former high-ranking officer in the Salvation Army has been accused of sexually assaulting his adopted daughter for years in the 1990s. Man With Limp Sexually Abused Unconscious Woman in New York Hospital: NYPD

According to NBC New York, police in the Bronx are on the hunt for a man they say sexually attacked an unconscious hospital patient in her room. The 50-something-year-old suspect sneaked into a Lincoln Hospital room belonging to a 68-year-old woman and sexually abused her on Monday, according to the NYPD. He then quickly fled. Syracuse diocese pays victims of 4 priests not on sex abuse list

According to Syracuse.com, the Catholic Diocese of Syracuse paid settlements to four victims of priests who have not been publicly named to a list of child sex abusers. The diocese said it previously did not have enough information to act on claims against four priests. The four accusers, however, were among 88 people the diocese invited to participate in an independent compensation program, which found they deserved to be paid settlements.
