Doe v. Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.

Herman Law successfully argued that federal civil liability for criminal sexual acts committed by a ship’s employee were imputed to the cruise line, such that a cruise line is automatically liable under federal statutes for its employee’s sexual assault, with minimum damages of $150,000 per incident.
