Jerry William Zweitzig, former Pastor at Horsham Bible Church guilty for child rape and pornography of babies and young children

  A former pastor from Hatboro  was charged with sexually abusing an infant and young girl and recording himself doing so. The perpetrator, Jerry William Zweitzig, 72, was sentenced to 200 years in a federal penitentiary and will most likely will spend the rest of his life in prison. His  charges  include manufacturing of child pornography. Survivors of clergy sex abuse livid over release of Priest from prison due to Covid -19 fears

  COVID-19 and the halt of the judicial system is raising questions among survivors of childhood sex abuse especially those who were abused by clergy.  Michael Guidry,  a priest convicted of molesting a teenage boy is out on bail. He was only serving the first year of his 10 year prison sentence, after pleading guilty to molestation of a juvenile.   Michael Guidry, a priest who was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with three years suspended, after pleading guilty to molestation of a child has been released from prison. Inmates at Womens Prison in New Jersey endured years of sexual abuse by guards

  According to a Justice Department report released this week, Edna Mahan, New Jersey’s only state women’s prison, violated the inmates’ constitutional protections from cruel and unusual punishment.  The report indicated that female inmates in the New Jersey  prison were regularly forced to perform sex acts on guards and were sexually assaulted while staff members looked on. Cardinal Pell accuses Catholic Church of mishandling sex abuse allegations and called it a “Cancer” that haunts him

Prison Employee charged with Sexually Abusing middle school girl

    A 44 year old man who had previously worked at prison in Texarkana pleaded guilty to having sex with a teenage girl.  Christopher Allen Wooding pleaded guilty to Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. He was a  former employee of the Federal Correctional Institution,  The  Cass County Criminal District Attorney, Courtney Shelton, recommended 25 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, without the possibility of parole in exchange for his guilty plea.     In what’s become a trend in these current times due to CORONA, another sex abuse offender is asking for release due to COVID-19. Local Boy Scouts Council Sex abuse lawsuit halted

The Boy Scouts of America have requested that the Delaware bankruptcy judge to halt lawsuits against the local Scouts councils while the Boy Scouts of America continue to work on its bankruptcy plan and set up a compensation fund to the 1000’s of men who have come forward to accuse the Scout leaders of sexual abuse while they were just boys.  The Delaware judge approved a proposed consent order  that had been agreed to by the official bankruptcy committees representing sexual abuse survivors and the Boy Scouts of America as well as other unsecured creditors. Trump’s ex lawyer, currently serving 3 year prison sentence, requests to be home for fear of COVID-19

Michael Cohen, Trump’s prior lawyer, who is currently serving a prison sentence has asked to be placed at home because of the fear of coronavirus in federal lockup. Federal prosecutors with the Southern District of New York argued Cohen’s request  was no different than any other inmate and there are no circumstances to prove he should have any special treatment.
