  A woman who claims she was sexually abused by an ex Stuyvesant High School Assistant Principal when she was 16 has sued her perpetrator. Nicole Erlichman, now 52, claims that Richard Plass, assistant principal and chairman of the Biology Department, started sexually abusing her at least 3 times a week for two years when she was just a junior at he Tribeca high school. Henry Kolakoski, former teacher at Columbia High School, accused of sexually abusing students in the 1980’s

  Henry Kolakoski, a former teacher at Columbia High School until 2007, is accused of sexually abusing a student when he was the victim’s social studies teacher in the 1980’s. In the lawsuit against East Greenbush Central School District,  officials are accused of allegedly knowing about the abuse and still allowed a sexual predator to teach at the school. William Dederick, Former Kingston High School Principal accused of sexually abusing student in the 1980’s

    William Dederick, a retired biology teacher and later, an administrator at Kingston High School  has been accused of sexually abusing a student on and off school property in the early 1980s. According to the lawsuit,  the Kingston school district allegedly knew about the sexual abuse  of the victim and possibly other victims. Dederick, and the school district are both named as defendants in the lawsuit. NY elite private school Saint David named in lawsuit amidst child sexual abuse allegations

  Saint David’s School, an elite private school in Manhattan, is named in a $20 million lawsuit alleging sexual abuse of a former student by 3 staff members dating back years ago.  The former student, Anthony Filiberti, is the second victim to come forward alleging sexual abuse. Robert “Bob” Rusch accused of sexually abusing female students when he was a teacher decades ago

      Nancy Smahl-Syrop, Jane Bedell and Sara Smahl, have all come out and  accused Robert “Bob” Rusch, their former Brooklyn private school teacher, of sexually abusing them on multiple occasions over four decades ago, when they were each only 12 years old. Former Priests and Teacher at McQuaid Jesuit High School accused of sexually abusing students in the 1970’s/80’s

  Former students at McQuaid Jesuit High School have come forward to claim that a former teacher and two former Jesuit priests sexually abused them when they were students in the 1970s and 1980s. Former Rev. Joseph L. Sredzinski and The Diocese of Greensburg named in child sex abuse in lawsuit

      A lawsuit has been filed claiming that the now deceased, Rev. Joseph L. Sredzinski, sexually abused a minor when the child was just 11 years old, dating back to 1991. The victim claims that the abuse continued until he was 17. Now, 40 years old, he  is suing The Diocese of Greensburg and Bishop Edward Malesic, under the Child Victims Act. Sredzinski, who died in 2015, served at the former St. Joseph Church in Everson, Fayette County, from 1989 to 1999.  A  spokesman for the diocese declined to comment. Tony Brown Sr., House Of Montessori Education Day Care employee charged with molesting two children under age 10

    Tony Brown Sr., 63, has been charged with statutory sodomy and five counts of child molestation after police reported that he molested two girls under the age of 10 at House Of Montessori Education, a south St. Louis day care facility where he was employed.   Brown was working at the day care at 7814 South Broadway when he allegedly molested the girls.  Brown inappropriately touched one of the girls  and forced her to touch him inappropriately over his clothing, according to the probable cause statement.
