The article also discusses the Archdiocese of Miami's repeated failures to report Father Neil Doherty, accused more than two dozen times of drugging and raping underage boys, until it was too late for officials to face criminal sanctions. Herman was recently awarded a $100M jury verdict against Father Neil Doherty on behalf of one of Doherty's victims.
