Elementary School Teacher Arrested for Sex Molestation of Students

Trinity Center, CA – David Frederick, lead teacher of Coffee Creek Elementary School was charged with two felony counts of lewd acts against a child under the age of 14 and two misdemeanor counts of molestation of a person under 18. Frederick admitted to police he had inappropriate sexual relationships with various students during his 20 years of teaching.  He was employed in multiple counties in California during his tenure. Daycare Employees Arrested After Sex Toy Use in Class

Chandler, AZ  – Three employees of SuperKids daycare center have been arrested after a Snapchat video showed them playing with a sex toy in the classroom. Gabriella Del Carmen Garcia, 25, Fatina Sawyer, 24, and Janae Peterson, 21, were arrested this week after the boyfriend of a former employee reported the video to a news organization.  The video shows one of the staff members simulating masturbation with the phallic toy in front of the children.  She then hands the toy to a child to hold. Former Virginia Beach Youth Pastor Sentenced for Sexual Assault

Virginia Beach, VA – Jeffrey Bondi, a former youth pastor at Galilee Episcopal Church, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for felony sexual penetration. The victim, now 34-year-old Margaret Anne Viola, reported Bondi sexually assaulted her when she was 18.  Viola knew Bondi from her church and was asked to babysit his children.  According to the Virginian-Pilot, Bondi returned home that evening, laid down by Viola on the couch, touched her and penetrated her with his fingers. More Sexual Assault Accusations Brought Against Harvey Weinstein

A report published today by The New Yorker dove deeper into the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault allegations that have been infiltrating the media outlets recently.  The report details stories of 13 women accusing Weinstein of rape and sexual misconduct.  Additionally, 16 former and current employees of the Weinstein Company stated they knew of or witnessed unwanted sexual advances or contacts by Weinstein at company events. Famous Hollywood Producer Under Fire for Sexual Assault Allegations

Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein, was fired Sunday from his own production company after sexual assault complaints from the last three decades were brought to light. Former After-School Aide Charged with Child Molestation

Bethesda, MD – Roy A. Simmons, III, a/k/a Andy, a former Montgomery County Public Schools paraeducator was arrested this week and charged with inappropriately touching a ten year old female. Simmons was employed with Kid Adventures, an after school program that sponsored events at Carderock Springs Elementary Schools in Potomac, MD.  During one of these events in November 2016, Simmons molested the victim while she was separated from other students.  Simmons admitted to the assault during an interview with police. Mental Health Worker Charged with Sexual Assault of a Child Patient

Brattleboro, VT – Robert Havens, a mental health worker at the Brattleboro Retreat, was arrested after allegations of sexually assaulting a minor while she was a patient at the center.
