New Sex Abuse Lawsuit Filed Against Bethesda Memorial Hospital
Suit Says Nurse Sexually Assaulted Patient During Hospital Stay

A press conference to announce the filing of a new lawsuit against Bethesda Memorial Hospital for the alleged sexual assault of a female patient earlier this year.

DETAILS
JEFF HERMAN, a nationally recognized advocate for survivors of sexual abuse who recently won a $100M verdict on behalf of a sex abuse victim, announces the filing of a new lawsuit against BETHESDA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL for sexual assault.
The lawsuit claims that a female patient was touched in a sexually inappropriate manner during the course of an inpatient hospital stay for in September 2011 by her nurse, KENNETH SHING-CHEUNG LEE.
Both HERMAN and his client, the Plaintiff, will appear at the press event and give a brief statement. Copies of the Complaint will be available at the event.
The lawsuit was filed early Thursday in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.
