Today, the State of Illinois took a huge step toward ensuring the safety of its citizens by revoking the licenses of 11 healthcare workers previously convicted of sexual assault and battery.
On Wednesday, Herman, Mermelstein & Horowitz, P.A., filed three new lawsuits against the Archdiocese of Miami. The suits claim that three men were abused as children by Fr. Neil Flemming at Boystown in the 1960s. Fr. Flemming's deposition, taken earlier this year in two other sex abuse lawsuits against the Archdiocese, will also be released.
