Arick Fudali is a native South Floridian who is committed to the pursuit of justice for victims of crime. Arick dedicated the early part of his legal career to serving the People of the State of Florida as a Prosecutor in the Office of the State Attorney in Broward County, Florida. As an Assistant State Attorney, he managed approximately 300 criminal cases and won several jury trials on behalf of the State of Florida. Arick also worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York, during law school.
He received his B.A. in English from the University of Florida in 2006 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2010. Arick also completed a summer law program at the Universidad de Pompeau Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
Arick was recognized by the Alachua County Court Judges for his outstanding achievement in Trial Advocacy. He is a former National Champion in speech and debate and received the prestigious Blue Key Award from the University of Florida for his achievements in forensics competition.
Arick is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida; and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
